TERMS OF SERVICE

1. OVERVIEW

Route Hunt allows users to search for and share routes, including images and related content. You can also create a personal profile and interact with others through content submission.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to use Route Hunt.

3. USER ACCOUNTS

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

You may submit content (e.g., photos, route descriptions). You retain ownership, but you grant Route Hunt a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to broadcast, display, distribute, sell, and produce derivative works from your contributions in connection with the service.

You must not post:

• Illegal content
• Offensive or discriminatory material
• Content that violates others' rights

We do not actively moderate content, but we reserve the right to remove anything we find inappropriate and permanently ban users who violate these guidelines. We are the sole judge of such violations and do not offer appeals or refunds.

5. PAID FEATURES

Some features require payment. All purchases are final unless otherwise stated. We may use third-party services like Stripe or PayPal to process payments. If a payment method fails, we may retry within a few days under the same conditions. Refunds are not provided unless required by law.

6. ONE-TIME PAYMENT VALIDITY

Any one-time payment (including "lifetime" access) is valid only while the Route Hunt service is operational. If the service is discontinued, abandoned, or ceases to function for any reason, access provided through one-time payments will be terminated without refund. By making a one-time payment, you acknowledge and accept this limitation.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

You use Route Hunt at your own risk. We do not guarantee the accuracy or safety of any route or content. Under no circumstances shall anyone involved in creating or maintaining Route Hunt be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. NO WARRANTY

Route Hunt is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. FEEDBACK

Any feedback you provide (e.g., bug reports, suggestions) becomes the exclusive property of Route Hunt. You agree to assign all rights, including intellectual property rights, to us without compensation.

10. PUBLIC USE OF USER ACTIVITY

We may use anonymized or aggregated user data on our website or marketing pages to show current activity, such as popular routes or trending photos.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Route Hunt and the Route Hunt logo are registered trademarks and subject to copyright worldwide. All other content, unless otherwise stated, is the property of Route Hunt and protected by international copyright laws.

12. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account if you violate these Terms.

13. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. LEGAL

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.

15. REFUNDS

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for digital products, including (but not limited to) access to the Route Hunt private community or any paid features of this application, once access has been granted.
